Airbed Instructions and FAQ

Yes you can spot clean the airbed. Please make sure bed is dry before packing away.

These beds are not designed for everyday use, nor are they recommended for people with medical problems.
If you do have it inflated for extended periods of time, this kind of constant pressure on the internal seams can pose an issue when inflation is prolonged. Seams can collapse under constant air pressure.

  1. Inspect your airbed prior to each use.
  2. Keep your bed away from any sharp objects. Large cuts or snags may not be repairable and will not be covered by your warranty.
  3. When not in use, store your bed in a clean, dry place out of extreme temperatures.
  4. In case of incidental damage where you can not find the hole, please give us a call.
  1. Fully inflate the Air bed and turn the bed upside down. 90% of holes are along the bottom or sides of the bed. Most holes will look similar to a scratch and are very small.
  2. Fill a container with water and dishwasher liquid. Be sure the water is very, very, very, very, very soapy.
  3. Get a paint brush if you have available and brush the water and dishwashing liquid over the bottom of the bed. Usually it will bubble up if there is a hole. If you do find the hole, draw a circle around the hole so you don’t lose it.
Should you not find the hole, dry the bottom and repeat with the sides and top.
  4. Apply a generous amount of the glue over the hole and undo the Valve (whoosh) cap to deflate the bed so that the glue gets sucked in. Allow to dry for 5-10 mins.
  5. Place glue on a patch and hold on the hole for 5 mins to allow the glue to set. Please note that too much pressure will make the glue spill out and the patch will not be effective.
  6. Put some weight on the patch (e.g. a book) and let it sit for about 1-2 hours to allow the glue to dry.
  7. Inflate your Aerobed and keep it inflated for 24 hours, if it still deflates, try going over the patch with soapy water to see if any bubbles form as it may not have sealed properly, otherwise there may be another hole somewhere on the bed.
